Secured cloud computing
Access to a secure working environment in the cloud. Hosting in a French data center labelled by Label-Cloud. This label guarantees the respect of high standing international standards such as NIST (Adaptability, Elasticity, Reversibility), ITL (Surveillance, Support, Continuous improvement) or ISO-27001 (Security). Our solutions can be issued in rental mode. The monthly subscription includes: use of the software, hosting and securing data, backups, helpdesk phone line and updates.
We make implementation of our solutions easier by following your business activity as close as possible. Hitechsoftware’s technical support provides our partners an efficient assistance (hotline Monday to Friday + on-call duty) without making them hanging on the phone for hours. Each one of our customers has a dedicated IT project manager, making communication more efficient.
Training and change management
Whether it is for new customers or existing ones, we deliver customized training courses on site or remotely. We set up training programs that facilitate change management. We can deliver different training levels (end user, administrator…).
Team and multilingual solutions
In order to meet the challenge of our international development, all of our solutions are available at least in French and in English. Most of our team is speaking English fluently in order to meet international customer’s expectations. Furthermore, we have a subsidiary in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) which allows us to interact easily with the ASEAN area.
We also have an office in Antananarivo (Madagascar) to support our Indian Ocean area customers and we partnered with two local distributors to cover Pacific Ocean area and Indonesia.
